Hi My name is Jeremy Youst and I'm the founder and director of the Power of Breath Institute. I have the best job in the world; I help people move past their pain and into the life they are meant to live. As someone who experienced trauma in my childhood and then depression and social anxiety in early adulthood, I know first hand how hard it is to get over the past and reclaim a healthy life. I use to jokingly refer to myself as a workshop-a-holic.

Starting at age 20 I attended any and every program I could find searching for relief from my pain and to find my life purpose. In 1989 I discovered breathwork and it changed my life. It put me on the path I am on today. I discovered the key to my own healing was right beneath my nose! I have dedicated my life to developing this ancient tool into a 21st century, accessible and safe method to help the millions of people suffering like I was.
