Ron is a graduate of the Power of Breath Institute’s Empowerment Training/Facilitator’s Training program.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. He is a licensed Interfaith minister, (City of New York, June 2009). He furthered his seminary studies at One Spirit Learning Alliance/ One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC and graduated as an Interspiritual counselor in 2011. He is currently enrolled in the Integral Mentoring and Ministry program. He is a co-founder of New Thought Vermont, a spiritual community in Weston, Vt.
Ron received training as an Advanced Level II Reiki practitioner by the John Harvey Grey Center for Reiki Healing, Jaffery, NH.
Ron earned his license as a California Massage Practitioner in Feb. , 2012.
Ron has 20 years experience in direct youth services. He has expertise in teaching and working with people with profound cognitive and physical disabilities. As a Vermont Licensed Teacher of the Handicapped, Ron earned the Vermont Council for Exceptional Children’s Stafford Award: Outstanding Special Educator of the Year.
Ron is an experienced workshop leader and presenter; he volunteered his time over many years to Easton Mountain Retreat Center, a gay and bi men’s retreat in Greenwich, NY.
He is also the father of two adult children.
